Sf Glow 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. Eligibility, Non-Transferability & Fulfillment Regions Sf Glow stands behind the quality of our LED devices with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the original date of delivery.

  • Important Note: To ensure quality and safety, this warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who ordered directly from our official website. Warranty claims must include the original order number and the exact email address used at checkout. For your protection, items purchased through third-party resellers, unauthorized vendors, or second-hand platforms are not covered.

  • Geographic Limits: Sf Glow will only fulfill warranty replacements and arrange shipping within our official fulfillment regions (the United States). Arrangements for warranty requests outside of these regions will be assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional international shipping and customs fees, paid by the customer.

2. Warranty Duration & Property Rights In the event that a device is approved for replacement or repair under this warranty, the original warranty period continues seamlessly. Please note that receiving a replacement or repaired unit does not reset, extend, or start a new 1-year warranty period. The replacement will be covered strictly for the remaining balance of your original warranty. Upon approval and processing of a replacement, the original returned item becomes the permanent property of Sf Glow.

3. Streamlined Claim Process & Verification Our goal is to resolve your issues efficiently. To initiate a claim, please reach out to our team at contact@sfglow.com.

  • Video Verification: To assist our technicians in diagnosing the issue remotely, a short, clear, and unedited video demonstrating the defect is required to process your claim.

  • Packaging & Shipping: Devices must be returned in their original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the device to our diagnostic center. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as Sf Glow cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Diagnostic Protocol: Upon arrival, our engineers will conduct a thorough inspection. If the device is found to be fully functional, or if the issue is a result of user damage (see standard exclusions below), the warranty claim cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, the device can be returned to you subject to a standard diagnostic fee and return shipping costs. Unclaimed devices after 14 days of notice will be environmentally recycled according to local electronic waste regulations.

4. Standard Industry Exclusions To maintain fairness and keep our high-quality devices accessible, our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The following scenarios are entirely excluded from coverage:

  • Liquid & Cosmetic Interaction: LED circuits are highly sensitive. Damage, short-circuiting, or silicone degradation caused by submersion, excessive moisture, or direct contact with skincare products (such as serums, creams, acids, or essential oils) applied before or during use.

  • Improper Power Supply: Damage resulting from connection to incorrect power sources, third-party power adapters, incompatible charging cables, or high-voltage fast chargers.

  • Accidental Damage & Misuse: Drops, heavy impacts, bending, negligence, or any signs of physical trauma to the device or its ports.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected aging of the product, including slight discoloration of the medical-grade silicone/glue lines, strap stretching, or minor cosmetic blemishes (scratches, dents) that do not hinder the LED performance.

  • Consumable Parts: Components such as built-in batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred strictly due to defective materials or workmanship.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any indication that the device has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

5. Legal Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Sf Glow retains the sole and final authority to determine the validity of all warranty claims based on our technical diagnostics. Approved claims will be resolved by either repairing the device, providing a fully tested and certified refurbished replacement unit, or offering store credit, at our absolute discretion. Warranty resolutions do not include cash refunds outside of our standard Return Policy window.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SF GLOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SF GLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
