This website is operated by SF GLOW LLC (doing business as Sf Glow). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SF GLOW LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Sf Glow, we strive to provide excellent service, which includes ensuring the secure delivery of your clinical-grade beauty devices. We provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
1. Quality Control & Order Dispatch To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and performance, every Sf Glow device undergoes a final quality assurance check before leaving our facility. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for our warehouse team to process, meticulously pack, and dispatch your order. Note that order processing is separate from shipping time, and our fulfillment center does not dispatch orders on weekends or major global holidays.
2. Premium Global Shipping & Timelines We partner with reliable international logistics networks to deliver Sf Glow devices worldwide. Depending on your location and the current volume of international customs processing, standard delivery typically takes 15 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch. Disclaimer: While we strive for swift delivery, these are estimated timeframes. Sf Glow cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for logistical delays caused by extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or mandatory customs clearance protocols.
3. ORDER TRACKING & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier's system. Note: Based on the total value of your order, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method to require a Signature Upon Receipt to prevent theft and ensure secure delivery.
4. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. Sf Glow is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender, delivered to an incorrect address, or delayed due to an error in the address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional reshipping fees.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR "DELIVERED" PACKAGES As a merchant, our liability ends when the shipping carrier's tracking status shows the package as "Delivered" to the address provided.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, and contact your local post office immediately. We do not offer refunds for packages marked as "Delivered." * However, if you contact us at support@sfglow.com within 5 business days of the delivery date, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement device.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for more than 15 business days), please contact us, and we will issue a free replacement.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your destination country. Sf Glow is not responsible for these charges. All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a customer refuses a delivery due to unexpected customs fees, the package will be abandoned or returned, and the original shipping cost plus any return fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.
